now that's just an EVIL question. so i'm gonna circumvent it by saying only cellphone, but a cell with internet on it

would you rather do 20 sets of run cadence or do all of pregame at cascade tempo?

That depends if you're talking Pregame Cascade Tempo in front of a crowd, in that case 20 sets of run cadence as no one will see how much I fail towards the end.

If its just for fun, Pregame Cascade Tempo.

Would you rather shave all the hair off of your body or grow all of the hair out on your body(face, legs, armpits, eyebrows, pubes, head, etc.) for ten years?

Shave all hair. It'll grow back and you'll be normal again way before 10 years pass. Also, I'd sport aviators and return to SPAT camp as a member of the chair hittin' crew. Rookies would poop.

For one month, would you rather swallow a penny once a week or carry 1000 pennies in your pockets every day?

Unless you meant shave also for ten years and I'm dumb and can't read. I'd still shave... and come back to SPAT camp for each of the ten years making rookies poop.

Carry pennies for sure. It'd be good exercise and if you get mugged you can laugh at them.
